I've a customer who currently uses an 877 site-site VPN to link their head office with an outer office. I've been asked to setup another 877-based VPN to use as a backup connection.
I can setup the VPN no problem, but I am a bit unsure as to how to make it fault tolerant - i.e. if the first router/line fails then they can use the second. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this? Is EIGRP the answer? To complicate things the remote office is too far away to travel to and test. I will need to preconfigure the router and ship it to them.
I am more than happy to post configs if that helps.
