"IOS Malformed IPV4 Packet Denial Of Service"

I have had a vendor scan my domain for vulnerabilities and I have been advised that my host (a 2651 router) maybe vulnerable to "IOS Malformed IPV4 Packet Denial Of Service". The router is running Version 12.2(11)T2 and to me it looks like that was a "Rebuild" that addresses the concern. Can anyone tell me for sure if this threat is addressed in this release?

Here is a link to the document on the security advisory and I did not find 12.2(11)T2. Looks like 12.2(11)T9 is not vulnerable. If you plan to upgrade, you could consider 12.3 also.
