Solved: RAM upgrade for NRS-2FE-DM

Hello,

Has anyone had any sucess using "regular" RAM for a memory upgrade to 512MB for this model of sensor(NRS-2FE-DM )? Any information would be helpfull. Thanks.

Any memory other than that provided in the Cisco memory upgrade kit is unsupported.

Also realize that NRS-2FE-DM is not supported with the version 4.0 or higher software versions. Only the IDS-42xx sensors, the IDSM2, and the NM-CDIDS are supported.
