We are setting up a consultant with access to a network device on our network using a VPN connection. The consultant has Cisco Systems VPN Client Version 4.0.3 (C) and is connecting to a Cisco VPN 3030 Concentrator. They have a Raptor firewall on their end.
The session gets established but no data is received or transmitted. We have tested this user account with a dial up connection and it works, which leads me to believe they need to have some change on their firewall.
If anyone has any thoughts or ideas on this it would be greatly appreciated.
