Remote access as administrator to the CiscoSecure ACS using WinNT 4.0

How can I log into the ACS v 2.6 on WinNT 4.0 from a remote computer to create, change, or delete authorized users? Is this possible or do I require

additional software?

You can do so through internet browser, on the address bar, type in the following:

http://(ip-address of the NT server):2002

for example: my ACS NT server has ip address 10.10.10.10, then I can access it through netscape by

http://10.10.10.10:2002
