We are using a Cisco VPN 3000 series concentrator where we've setup a group that is using IPSEC tunneling protocol. Our end users establish the tunnel using VPN Client 4.8...The tunnel is established without any problems and they can process transactions. We use a software called NetOp to access end users' desktops for troubleshooting. This connection is sporadic. Some times we cannot establish the connection and cannot even ping the remote box. The end users connect to data center via VSAT.
The VSAT network is on a 192.168.XX.XX network and once the user is on VPN, the network is 192.167.XX.XX
We use the 192.167.XX.XX to connect via NetOP and this is the one we cannot ping.
Any suggestions on what to check and see where the problem may be?
We have configured the outside and inside Interface with official ipv6 adresses, set a default route on outside Interface to our router, we also have definied a rule , which also gets hits, to permit tcp from inside Interface to any6.
