We need to identify another remote access solution so that we can get on the GUI firewall manager to do troubleshooting when we are not onsite.
Any ideas?
My first post with many more to come.

why not use ssh. It doesnt give you the GUI, you can still troubleshoot with it.

Have you though of setting up the PIX for VPN access? You will need the 3DES key if you want to use the VPN 3000 Client. You could also do a PPTP config and get in that way. Terminal server at you customer site is also an option possible.
Also, I believe you can set up the PDM to look at an IP on the outside of the firewall but that would not be secure in my opinion.

Cisco has two PIX GUI solutions: CSPM and PDM. Both can be configured to manage PIXen remotely. CSPM creates an IPSec tunnel. PDM, which requires PIX 6.0, uses SSL.
