Remote peer is no longer responding.

This may be a basic question but since several of our employees moved to 2000 or XP we seem to get this messages. It was a while ago since I setup our VPN3005 and my home client but I can't seem to get it working since XP. We use group auth. I don't remember using any keys. In my home log I get the message Excedded 3 IKE SA nego retransmits. I have not been able to check the log at the office and test from home.
