Is it possible to have a host on an internal interface of a Cisco ASA firewall and to use the Cisco VPN client to connect to the external interface?
The problem is to have one VPN end point regardless of the location of the client.
Thanks in advance.

Or to ask this question in a more general way:
On the Cisco ASA, is it possible for a host on interface A to connect to interface B of the ASA? If so, how?

I've just tested it for you and I can't make a VPN connection to the outside interface when my host is on the inside interface of the same device.
Hope that this is enough information for you, please reate if the post helps!

Michael
