restrict user access with a 2600?

I am in a pinch out on the road away from home and I have a security issue. We have a community PC that anyone can use that has a log on. The problem is some users don't have the "need to know" that others have that use this pc. All I have is a 2600 router and a few Windows 2000 PCs. I need to allow users access to only certain machines (IP addresses) based on there login.

Can I set up a quick crewed permissions list based on username and password?

Please help me out!

Re: restrict user access with a 2600?

Well you can use the database on the router to do the authentication part,

(config)# username xyz password cisco

(config)# username mark password password

(config)# aaa new-model (this enable AAA on the router)

(config)# aaa authentication login default local (this tell the router to use the local database

for authentication.)
