router to router encryption on Frame Relay Network

I currently have a hub router with multiple sites connecting over a Frame Relay network. Can I set up and encrypt one site and still allow the other sites to connect without using encryption?

Sure, the encrypt traffic is based on the ACLs that you define in your routers, there are many useful examples in CCO. Take a look at here,
