SAFENET client working on DSL/Satellite

I need some help please. I've got two users who are running the SAFENET client for VPN access. One is a satellite user and the other is a dsl user but both have USB connections instead of the typical RJ-45. Can SafeNet work over USB? Currently when they activate the security policy nothing happens. They can establish no VPN tunnel and the log doesn't say anything.

I doubt it’s a USB problem. IP is IP regardless of the bus. You Satellite user will probably be the exception since the upstream and downstream are different paths and speeds I doubt you’ll get that to work. The DSL provider is likely blocking the IP protocols for IPSec or using NAT overload. You could try NAT transparency mode if you’ve got a 3000 vpn concentrator.
