sample config for internet gateway

Is there a sample config or standards for using a router (1700) as an internet gateway. Looking for standard acl's, natting, securing interfaces. Thanks,

Try this first:

Then if you're running late enough code use the "autosecure" command on the router (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios123/123newft/123_1/ftatosec.htm) to automatically configure a hole bunch of security options on the router. If you're using the SDM GUI there's a similar function in that too.
