Saving log in FTP server

I want to transfer the saved log on a VPN 3005 running code 3.5 to FTP server running on Windows 2000 server. Unfortunately it is not doing it though it is configured as required.

When I checked the log of the FTP server, it shows that VPN Concentrator is getting connected to the FTP server with the assigned username and password and is saving the file as "/log73456.txt", instead of "\log73456.txt".

It seems to a coding issue. How to set it right? Any one has a clue?

Re: Saving log in FTP server

What ftp server are you using? I've tried it against the native MS FTP server and WS-FTP and it works fine, but I had problems with 3COM freeware ftp server.

Re: Saving log in FTP server

Is the ftp server on the same subnet as the inside? Could you make sure there is no intervening device btwn the conc and the ftp server? If you still feel it is a coding issue, provide a sniffer trace of the traffic to and from the ftp server to the TAC and they could investigate it further.
