Does Cisco PIX support SCTP layer 4 protocol?

As far as I know, SCTP will not work through a firewall or a router doing NAT. To pass SCTP traffic through an ip access list, you will need to permit protocol number 132.

What about a FW not doing NAT?
I'm not sure if the FW is able to do stateful inspection with SCTP since it does not recognize it...
I' ve to secure an ITP situated on a public IP network, any suggestion?
