Dear All,
How do I configure a secondary IP on pix interface . I have PIX 520 with OS 6.2(3) .
Another question : I have unristricted license , what is the maximum number of fast ethernet interfaces limitation, and does it include the gigabit interfaces ?

no secondary ip addressing on pix. no gigabit on 520's. I forget the interface count on 520's - maybe 6?

Hi,
secondary IP's are not possible, but in 6.3 you have the possibility to create virtual (VLAN) interfaces:
[no] interface hardware_id vlan_id [logical | physical] [shutdown]
nameif {hardware_id | vlan_id} if_name security_level
[no] ip address if_name ip_address [netmask]
The max number of interfaces is 6: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_qanda_item09186a0080094874.shtml
Kind Regards,
Tom
