Secure channel not connecting

I get authenicated through windows 2000 but then I never get connected securely (The next step). I have 3.5.2-a loaded. I have reinstalled the client a few times. How do I fix this or what do I need to do in the registry to make sure the client in uninstalled.

Try uninstalling the client, reboot, backup your registry, delete the key HKLM | SOFTWARE | Cisco Systems. Now reinstall and test again. Other than that, I can’t think of what to check next.
