sh isakmp sa

Anyone know what these states stand for.

When i do a sh isakmp sa

i see different states for tunnels

like

QM_IDLE

MM_NO_STATE

OAK_CONF_XAUTH

I know that the "QM Idle" refers to Quick Mode Idle, simply meaning how long the connection has been sitting there without doing anything.

Now when ever there is OAK_CONF_XAUTH for a tunnel

I have to do a clear isakmp sa which clears all my tunnels. But that is the only option I have to clear that tunnel so that the client can intiate again.

Is there a white paper or something ?

I will appreciate the help

Thanks

Re: sh isakmp sa

What platform and IOS version are you running? Did you check for bugs?
