Site to Client VPN

Here is the situation:

I need to have the abllity to provide multiple (100's) of extremly secure vpn tunnels at the same time from the site to the client.

I read that I should use Cisco's PIX Firewall and IOS router and Layer 3 switch software. Can anyone suggest specific equiptment?

If you are looking to provide only a VPN solution to end users or lan-2-lan (router to routers) then I suggest that you look into the Cisco VPN 3000 concentrators, http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/cc/pd/hb/vp3000/. It's in my opinion that the VPN 3000 client for Windows is the easist to use compared to the other clients that exist. This includes the Nortel Extranet client. If you are looking to provide more than just VPN, then the PIX might be what you are looking for.
