site to site - ipsec - VPN

Im setting up a vpn between a cisco 2621 and a netgear vpn router. Does any think I should expect problems outside the norm or will this work ok?

Wesley,

In the past I made a VPN connection from my home netgear into a PIX 506/515 & ASA. I have never tried a router. However since the VPN functionality on the router IOS is practically the same on the PIX/ASA I see no reason why you should have any issues.

Hopefully you have static IP internet address at both or at least one site?
