hi, i am using 2811 router at HQ which is connected with Leased Line, and 1721 Router at branch office connected to the internet through ADSL Line. Could you please help me to setup Site-to-Site VPN between these places. 2811 uses IOS ver 12.4 (6) T1, 1721 uses IOS ver 12.2 (15) T5.
Thx

Hi
Do make sure that you have the required IOS code files to have IPSEC tunnels configured in your routers.
In case if you need to upgrade the ios code then you need to check out for the required flash/memory in your routers.
You can refer 'IPSec on Router to Router' section on the below link.

Personally, I'd start with DMVPN.

It's more flexible, and can be easier to manage for IOS to IOS secured networking. Pure IPSec VPN's are more common, but can be a bit steep of a learning curve, particularly in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Both versions of code that you have support DMVPN, but I'd recomend upgrading your code to the latest for any secured VPN solution.
