site to site vpn with netbeui

We have a new MPLS connection using two Cisco 2801 routers. We need to pass netbeui packets between main office and the remote location. My thought was to use the VPN capability of the 2801s and a protocol such as IPSEC or GRE. There are only 4 IP based systems and 3 Netbeui based devices at the remote location. The main office has Windows 2003 servers with IP and Netbeui protocols in place. Currently we are using a frame relay to communicate between the sites. I am not 100% sure if the 2801s can do this and if they can what ios would they need.

Thanks
