Small Site Startup PIX 501 or ASA Equal

Ok I have to setup a church for the internet. They have DSL and need a firewall I have heard nice things about the new ASA line, also that Cisco will be "phasing" out the PIX line. What is the equivalent (to 501 or 506) ASA model? also does the ASA model support 2 external interfaces (such as to 2 DSL Lines)
