Can a Soho 91 router be configured to include a node (fixed ip address: no DHCP) in its list, simply from the node's ARP broadcast as it powers-on.

If Mac address is not found the router generates an ARP request for the destination IP address. The ARP request is forwarded to the destination interface only.Refer URL
