You could try checking if OS you are using supports the said MIB using the document at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_tech_note09186a0080094a13.shtml#mibsupportbyversion. A list of MIBS supported on Cisco products is available at http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/netmgmt/cmtk/mibs.shtml

Have you performed a MIB walk in Solarwinds? I believe that will tell you what MIBs are available from the device.
MIBwalk of 501 (I am at home)on the 501 I can access the following OIDs
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.1 cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex.1 0
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.3.1 cpmCPUTotal5sec.1 0
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.1 cpmCPUTotal1min.1 0
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5.1 cpmCPUTotal5min.1 0
I looked at MIBs on Solarwinds and 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.2.3.1.7 is included in their MIB database
