ssh non-standard port

I have server in network and I access it from outside via ssh. On PIX (6.3.5) i have static NAT and ACL for ssh permit... Now i need change port for SSH access from 22 to let say 35535, What steps are needed?? Its enough change ACL for this server from port 22 to 35535...

Hi,

On ACL (outside interface), change the port to your desired port. But you need to change the ssh port in your server to the same port no (e.g 35535).

Another option is to use port re-direction. From internet/external network, you need to point to the 35535, but internally, PIX will point it to the default port 22.

static (inside,outside) tcp 35535 22 netmask 255.255.255.255
