SSH on 2600

What image do I need to get ssh for a 2610 and a 2620XM router? I need at lease IP Base or IP Plus for VLans too.

Hi

AFAIK IP Plus code is reqd to have subinterface with dot1q encapsulation support and for SSH you need to have 3DES requirement in your box to generate the key.

i would suggest to check out the software advisor tool which can help u out to find out the exact ios code which you can use in your box with your current hardware configurations.

Nicholas,

What version/feature set are you running on the 2600 currently. You basically need a crypto image to run Secure Shell.
