SSL VPN Client and Verizon broadband card

Has anyone been able to get these two to work together? The Verizon PC card utilizes a PPP interface, and when trying to establish a tunnel I get the unable to modify the forwarding table. It works fine over an ethernet interface.

I am using 1.1.0.154 of the SSL VPN client.
