SSL VPN Configuration Received is Invalid

I have been using the SSL VPN Client back to a Cisco VPN Concentrator for a few years with absolutely no problems.

However, recently I switched internet providers and started developing a problem. I know that it has to be a coincidence, but I thought I should mention it because my DNS for my vpn connection is now pointing at the IP address of my new internet provider rather than my old.

Here's my problem: I am getting more and more users that receive an error message when trying to use the SSL client. A number of users are ok with the SSL client, but others aren't. They are getting this error message:

"The SSL VPN Configuration received from the gateway is invalid, contact your administrator".

I have checked the logs and there is nothing there.

Anyone have any ideas? Or at least something to look at?
