What is the stable version of ACS ? Is it version 3.0 or 3.1 ?

Both the versions are good and stable..Stability isn't the issue at all for any ACS versions unless you have experienced any specific problems with it.

Do you say that ACS is stable and no issues if run by an experience engineer? Are you kidding ? Even it installed by an experience engineer or a CCIE , they will be bite by the ACS bugs! Just looks at the Bug toolkit for ACS v3.1, how can you explain 355 issues of that version ?
