Anyone knows how to start a web browser up after a VPN connection has been made.
I put it in a suggestion. Cant be hard for the S/W guys as there is already a application launcher (start things before the VPN tunnel is active). But I want the S/W to start after the connection is made.

Hi,
I am not sure what the issue here is! Opening the browser shouldn't be a problem wheather before or after VPN connection is made. Only connecting to the server depends wheather the VPN connection is up or not.
Sorry, if I have misunderstood your question.

This problem is "how to auto start" the browser S/W.
The users here are use to a ISP VPN where they just clicked on the browser icon. it auto connects them to the IPS VPN and then into the web application.
With Cisco VPN client. They have to click on the Cisco VPN ICON. conenct to the VPN (entering the logon info). once connected then click on the web browser icon.
a lot more steps. if the Cisco VPN S/W could be configured to start the web browser (or anything) after the tunnel was made. this would be a lot easyer for the users and reduce H.D calls.
