Stateful failover is unreliable when used with GIGE and FE interface

I need a clear explanation of this bug, could you please give me a good link to document this issue?

Stateful failover requires a dedicated interface for state information to be exchanged between firewalls. You should not add any hosts to this subnet except the pixes and these interfaces should be as fast as the fastest interface carrying user traffic. So, you cant use a 100Full failover interface in a pix with inside and outside Gig E interfaces. We also recommend using a crossover cable for the failover interface, not a switch vlan or hub.
