Static and ACL statements for networks instead of hosts?

How do you create the Static and Conduit or ACL for networks instead of hosts? When a VPN user from the outside connects to the Win 2000 PPTP server on a DMZ interface, the server will assign an ip address to that user from a pool of address on the server, then that ip address will need to be able to access any computer on the inside network.

In case of VPN users I would turn off address translations. You can do that with the 'nat (inside) 0 access-list '. The acl should reflect your internal network as the source and the VPN assigned addresses as the destination.
