static NAT

how to map the set of IP to a single internal one

is this ok

access-list outside extended permit tcp any 213.31.195.195 255.255.255.251 eq www

static (WebServers,outside) 213.31.195.195 10.80.201.9 netmask 255.255.255.255

Yes, you can do that...

but the netmask of the acl must be full mask.. 255.255.255.255

because is a static map... 1-1... single internal one

in your example you put the mask 255.255.255.251;
