SVC vs IPSec Client (VPN 3K Concentrator)

would any one like to share their opinions about the pros and cons between deploying remote access through SVC vs IPSec client?

I have been dealing with IPSec clients for a few years. I just start to explore the WebVPN and SVC. Besides that SVC only work for WinXP and 2k clients, I see SVC has many good things over the IPSec client. But, I don't know if SVC (ssl) session is as secured as IPSec.

Re: SVC vs IPSec Client (VPN 3K Concentrator)

SVC works very similarly to an IPSec client except the fact that IPSec is a layer 3 technology and SVC is basically ssl which is application layer.

SVC provides the same encryption levels as IPSec clients, globally you have to configure in HTTPS settings which protocol should be negotiated for encryption.
