switch port errors using spwr0 interface

I have 2 sensors at 2.5 (1) S3 that seeme to generate link up/down errors on the switch they are connected to. Does anyone know how to fix this? I think both sides are set to autosense. Should I hard code one side? What should the settings be?

I recommend hard coding the switch side to 100MB Half-Duplex.

Is Half-Duplex the only choice on the 4230 sensor's, or is this configurable to Full Duplex on the sensors?

I always recommend hard setting network to network devices. 100mb full duplex on the switch port should work fine. You may need to reload the IDS depending what it already tried to autosense to.
