Symantec System Center across VPN3015

Does anyone have any experience in managing NAV clients with Symantec's SSC across a remote access VPN tunnel? I can't seem to communicate (don't show up in DB and can't scan) with the clients though either dial-in or broadband links. Apparently it uses tcp port 296, which should not be a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps it’s a NAT problem or Symantec is aware of an issue. Have you talked to them yet? I’m not familiar with their System Center product.
