I am getting this message since last 14 hours in the logs:

<164>Oct 18 2002 10:06:45: %PIX-4-106023: Deny icmp src outside:ip_address dst inside: ips_address (type 3, code 3) by access-group "outs-in"

What can I do to find out whom the source IP belong to and take from there.

ICMP type 3= Destination Unreachable and code 3= Port Unreachable

Go to http://www.arin.net/whois/index.html , type in the IP, and find out who owns the IP and what is going on.
