I want to resolve IPs of my internal machines to names on my ASA. Is this possible?

You can use "names".
ASA#(config)name 10.10.10.1 Server1
ASA#(config)name 10.10.10.2 Server2
ASA#(config)names

I am aware of the names command. But I need this for 300+ local computers. Something dynamic.

I don't know of any other way. I just looked up config guide for v8 thinking maybe they added it, but I don't see anything in there either.
