I am guessing that the reason is because you only specify IP layer rules, and the ACL processing routines won't dig deeper into the packet than they need to to pass traffic (meaning, there is no reason to drill into the TCP layer headers to see port numbers if all TCP and IP traffic is being permitted anyhow)
PS - Create a new list:
access-list 112 permit tcp any any log
access-list 112 permit ip any any log
apply that instead of 110. TCP packets should catch on the first rule, see if that logs port numbers.
