Terminal Services timeout on 501

My users at an office running behind a 501e are using Terminal Services to connect to a server across a vpn. The VPN is setup between a 501e and a 515e.

Both PIX's have the following timeout settings:

timeout xlate 8:00:00

timeout conn 7:00:00 half-closed 6:00:00 udp 7:00:00 rpc 7:00:00 h323 0:05:00 si

p 0:30:00 sip_media 0:02:00

timeout uauth 7:30:00 absolute

I still seem to be having issues with TS timing out due to inactivity after approximately 20 minutes from what my users at the remote office are telling me.

I tried to extend the timers out quite a bit, but maybe I'm missing something?

Thanks,

Dave

Re: Terminal Services timeout on 501

When you enter the command show timeout, does it display the correct settings? Does the connection always timeout after approximately 20 minutes? If you are unable to resolve this problem, I would suggest that you open a case with Cisco and include your complete configs and topologies.
