The certificate cannot be validated (reason: incomplete chain)

I have installed vpnclient 3.6.3(B) and vpn 3030 concentrator.

I have created a microsoft certificate but, when i try to connect to the concentrator or validate certificate from vpnclient the message that appears is 'The certificate cannot be validated (reason: incomplete chain)'.

Does anybody knows what is the problem whit it?

We ran into the same thing. The key size you are using may be too large. try 2048 or 1024.
