I am trying to use my VPN on my laptop. I am using Vista and my friends laptop is Windows XP. Neither one of us can install the VPN. I always get the message in the title above. I was able to install on my desktop. I have enabled popups for this website. Does anyone know the secret? I work for the Government and they will not touch our personal computers, so I would really appreciate help. thanks, Marilyn

You must have administrative privileges in CiscoWorks to enable and disable SSL and to manage the security certificates. The current versions of SSL VPN client don't support Windows Vista OS.

I don't think that applies to me. I am trying to access my VPN remotely. So I do not have the software. I do have Admin rights on my laptop. Thanks for the answer, I hope you have more information for me.
