i know that the ios patch has been published by cisco,but i do not know where to search them and download?

if or not need CCO number?

how can i do if i do not with it

To the best of my knowledge, to download software from the Cisco website, you do need to be a registerd user with a valid support contract. As to the location, you could go to the software center and look there. The software center is accessible at http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/.

Each Advisory that Cisco sends out will have a portion which states how you can get the Fixed Software for that specific product, which in case of Cisco Routers is as follows:

Additionally, you can keep track of all the Security Advisories by visiting the following page once in a while:
