Third party VPN client

Has anyone been able to get a third party vpn client to connect to Cisco 3005 using shared secret passphrase. I am using a PGPvpn client and it will negotiate phase 1 but fails on phase 2. This is the error:

I have succesfully connected with the Certicom client from a PocketPC.
