Time-Based ACL

I have created a Time-Based ACL, according to the documentation I have read I think I have it setup right, however everytime I enforce it. It blocks everything all the time for the router subinterface I configured it on. Any help would be great.

Attached is the ACL and configuration. router syncs to NTP server for correct time.

Lance,

I am sure you know that all access lists end with an implicit deny. It might be an oversight on your part to have not included any permit statement for any traffic and that's the reason all traffic is getting blocked. You can configure the permit access list entry with/without the time-range option.
