Time out issue

Config: PIX 520 5.1(2), static nat for PC that uses Nortel VPN client (Extranet Access Client)

Problem: Every 5 mins. the VPN client seems not to respond and users have to disconnect and reconnect.

Please help!!

Perhaps you can try specifying a default time for the static NAT to timeout when x amount seconds of inactivity over the Extranet Access Client.

ip nat translation timeout 1800

ip nat translation tcp-timeout 1800
