Tool / script

Is there any tool/script that can do:

1) Discover all Cisco Switches on the Network

2) Query all the cisco switches found in 1) and see how many connected port are 10Mbps, how many are 100Mbps and how many are Gigabit

3) Generate a report that show:

Switch name 10Mbps 100Mbps 1Gbps

I need to do this for accounting and billing purpuse.

Many thanks

is very very helpful for automating some of this stuff. you need to configure it with the details of all of your network devices, but once you do, you can use it to auto backup all of your configs, etc.

just showing what speeds ports are connected at does not indicate how much bandwidth they are using though. for that, mrtg could do the trick
