I have noticed that in version 6.2 many people are reporting that the PIX does not log traffic destined to itself. If you were to port scan the IP address of the outside interface of the PIX, nothing will show up in the syslogs. I have noticed this myself. Is this a bug? If so, when will it be fixed?

I have not seen this problem myself. Does the PIX log any traffic if packets are destined to the inside interface?
