Traffic prioritisation

I have a router-to-router VPN. It is configured for 2 tunnels.one for http traffic and another for mgt traffic. How do I go about doing QOS? (I would like to slice

out certain bandwith for http and remaining traffic for http traffic.)

Any help is appreciate.
